MetroEHS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Clinical Social Worker to join our growing team! This position is located in a MetroEHS clinic assigned based on the location closest to home. Social Worker will do virtual visits from this location. Social Worker can work out of any Metro EHS clinic location, but will not be traveling from location to location.
There is a strong possiblity of this role becoming Full Time in the future as the caseload warrents. If this person wants to stay at a Part-Time basis, we will honor that too.

Your Impact
Basic Purpose
The Part-Time Clinical Social Worker provides high-quality mental health therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through in-person and virtual platforms. Services include play-based therapy for pediatric clients and individual or group therapy for adults. The role also participates in mental health screenings at assigned clinic locations, daycares, preschools, and community partner sites to support outreach efforts and caseload development. This position is hourly, part-time, and may include flexible scheduling based on clinic and client needs.
Essential Functions
- Provide evidence-based mental health therapy services in individual and/or group settings, both in-person at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy neighborhood centers and virtually through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.
- Deliver play-based therapeutic interventions for children and developmentally appropriate counseling services for adolescents and adults.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, screenings, and clinical evaluations for individuals and families.
- Participate in mental health screenings at daycares, preschools, schools, and community sites affiliated with assigned MetroEHS clinics to support early identification and caseload growth.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide therapeutic support to parents, caregivers, and siblings of children receiving intensive ABA, Speech, OT, and/or PT services, including individual and group therapy when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and required correspondence.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Demonstrate consistent adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, including state licensure requirements, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in required trainings, supervision, and staff meetings as scheduled.

- Immediately report any safety incidents or concerns in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent, depending on state requirements).
- Experience providing mental health therapy to children, families, and/or adults preferred.
- Experience or interest in play therapy, pediatric mental health, or family-centered care strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfort providing services both in-person and via telehealth platforms.
